As I’ve gotten older I’ve developed more and more food intolerances.

The current list includes:

  • Gluten
  • Dairy (cow milk only, I can tolerate – and love – goat and sheep milk products)
  • Cashews
  • Avocado
  • Rockmelon

Thankfully none of my reactions are life threatening, but they have made me learn how to adapt what I eat, how and where.

While I now take this lifestyle for granted, I’ld like to record and share my favourite recipes and resources to help others in the same situation, or just enjoy healthy delicious food!
